Residential Monitors (Shreveport area) – We are currently accepting resumes for part-time Residential Monitor positions working evening and weekend shifts in a veterans residential facility. Responsibilities include monitoring the residents of the facility to ensure adequate supervision, support and safety at all times. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, and experience working in a residential setting is preferred. Also, the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment; good verbal and written communication skills; the ability to show positive leadership; and the ability to handle crisis situations appropriately. Driver (Alexandria/Pineville area) – Resumes are being accepted for a full time Driver position. The Driver is responsible for transporting Behavioral Health clients to and from their homes and/or community to health appointments where alternative transportation is not feasible and/or available. Rapid Rehousing Case Manager (Alexandria/Pineville area) – We currently have a position available for a full time Rapid Rehousing Case Manager in our Central Louisiana division. The mission of this position is to provide intensive, time-limited services to individuals who have lost employment or need educational assistance with the goal of maintaining housing. The Case Manager is responsible for securing and maintaining potential permanent apartment sites; contacting consumers within three working days of the referral; completing assessment and client intake forms; providing or ensuring provision of support services necessary to enable the consumer to maintain community living; assisting consumers with moving into their apartments, including having utilities turned on, cleaning the apartment if necessary, and moving the furniture; and other duties as assigned. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree (preferred) in social services or a related discipline, or a minimum of four years of experience in social service; good computer, communication and organizational skills; and the ability to work as a team.

Residential Trainers (Shreveport area) – We are seeking candidates for one full-time and two part-time Residential Trainer positions. The full-time position is for the 3:00 – 11:00 p.m. shift. Candidates for the part-time positions must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Residential Trainers ensure the safety and wellbeing of individuals who reside in a residential setting. Primary responsibilities include providing training to residents; transporting residents to appointments; planning and conducting structured activities; and coordinating with the resident’s Case Manager concerning resident’s progress, including appropriate changes to the service plan. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED; prior work experience in a program that serves persons with intellectual disabilities preferred; and CMA certification preferred.

Case Manager (Shreveport area) – We currently have an opening for a full time Case Manager in the Support Services for Veterans and Families (SSVF) program. The primary responsibilities of this position are to provide assessment, service planning, monitoring, linkage and referral to veterans. Child & Adolescent Mental Health Professionals (Desoto and Caddo Parishes) – We are seeking to fill Mental Health Professional positions working in Desoto and Caddo Parish. Primary responsibilities of this position include providing supportive counseling, individual intervention, parent/family intervention and crisis intervention for school aged children with mental health and/or behavioral issues. Additional duties include collecting data for the initial assessment; conducting face-to-face interviews with the recipient and their family, which shall include school and home visits; providing crises intervention support as needed; and ensuring all records are accurately maintained and all invoicing is submitted in a timely manner. Minimum requirements include a master’s degree in counseling or a related field; and a minimum of three years of post-masters experience in the delivery of mental health services specifically to children and adolescents. Prior managed care/rehabilitation experience required.
