Current openings:

Child & Adolescent Mental Health Professional (Shreveport/Bossier area) – We are seeking to fill full-time Mental Health Professional positions.  Primary responsibilities include providing supportive counseling, individual intervention, parent/family intervention and crisis intervention for school aged children with mental health and/or behavioral issues.  Additional duties include collecting data for the initial assessment; conducting face-to-face interviews with the recipient and their family, which shall include school and home visits; providing crises intervention support as needed; and ensuring all records are accurately maintained and all invoicing is submitted in a timely manner.  Minimum requirements include a master’s degree in counseling or a related field; full licensure in the State of Louisiana, or individuals in supervision for their license; prior managed care/rehabilitation experience; and a minimum of three years of post-master’s experience in the delivery of mental health services specifically to children and adolescents.

Mental Health Professional (Alexandria area) – The primary responsibility of this position is to provide intensive, community based treatment for the persistent mentally ill adult population.  Additional duties include collecting data for the initial assessment; conducting face-to-face interviews with the recipient which shall include home visits; providing crises intervention support as needed; and ensuring all records are accurately maintained and all invoicing is submitted in a timely manner.  Requirements include a masters degree in social services field, and a minimum of three years of post-masters experience in the delivery of behavioral health services to adults.
