Sunday brunch and Monday dinner can both support the work of Volunteers of America this week!

On Sunday, St. Mark’s Cathedral’s annual jazz brunch will directly benefit the families we serve. Stop by for jambalaya, corn dogs, salad, and bread pudding – or take family-sized carry out with you.

During dinner hours Monday, all Raising Cane’s restaurants in Shreveport will donate 10 percent of their profits to the United Way of Northwest Louisiana. United Way helps fund our adoption program and The LightHouse after-school program.

Here are the details:

11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday (Feb. 7), St. Mark’s Cathedral, corner of Fairfield Avenue and Kings Highway. Jazz Brunch. Cost: $10 for adults; $5 for children for plates; and for family-sized carry-outs (serving 8-10) $30 for jambalaya and $25 for bread pudding.

4 to 8 p.m. Monday (Feb. 8), Raising Canes, 1040 Kings Highway, 7241 Youree Drive, 8998 Mansfield Road.
