Do you know if you qualify for down payment and closing costs assistance? Call today to see if you are eligible to participate in the IDA (Individual Development Account) Program that gives you a four to one match. If you are accepted into the IDA program and you save $1,000, the program gives you $4,000 towards your down payment or closing costs!
If you move to a targeted neighborhood within the city limits of Shreveport, you could qualify for an additional $10,000 to $20,000 through the City of Shreveport's HAPPI (Homebuyer Assistance Program Participation Initiative) grant.
Bond money for first time homebuyers is still available! The purpose of this program is to stimulate home ownership and make it easier to obtain a mortgage by the government paying 4% of the purchase price towards your "prepaids" and "closing costs". There is no origination fee, and no loan discount fee.
One-on-One Credit Counseling

You may purchase a copy of your tri-merge report with a FICO score for a small fee of $18.00 for an individual and $30.00 jointly. The tri-merge report (which includes all three credit reports) is ordered by the client's request only.
