Who we are
Our individualized service and support system assists parents and caregivers of youth with mental, behavioral, emotional or substance-use disorders. Our program is designed to enhance the quality of life for children, youth and their families as our family support advocate is experienced in navigating the service care delivery system. We can personally help with identifying and assisting the challenges of these children to help improve functionality in both the home and the community.

Who we serve
We serve parents or caregivers of a child or youth (age 17 or younger) who has been diagnosed with an emotional, behavioral, mental or substance-use disorder. Email or call our office to set up an appointment or to receive more information regarding our services.
